If you want to make a Replit comment bot, submit a ticket at contact.moderation.repl.co. They probably won’t let you make a bot, but it’s always worth asking. Remember that making a Replit comment bot without permission will probably get you banned, and nobody is allowed to help you with Replit’s API, probably even if you obtain permission to make a bot.
Probably OpenAI (they want to make an AI comment bot after all)
@Esb678 AFAIK, there is no documentation for Replit API, and I don’t think @PikachuB2005 would want competition lol.
Replit doesn’t give away their API anymore, so you have a 99.9% chance of getting rejected. As @CoderElijah said, it’s worth a try, though.

You do need an admin’s (or maybe just a mod’s?) permission to automate accounts, so I’d check with them before making any plans.
