How to always on my bot in the phone?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. You could try creting a Feature Requests for it.

The app is under-developed compared to the PC version, and lacks features like Chat, or toggles for Always-On or Boosts.
These features will (hopefully) be added to the app in the future.
