Welcome to the community, @skapa95! Do you mean a pre-existing theme made by someone else? If so, then you can’t XD. If it IS yours, then click on your profile in the top right, click Acccount then scroll down to your theme, click the 3 dots, then click Edit. I have an image tutorial below:
