I don’t know a lot about server hosting, but HP has a great tutorial on how to get started here.
Alternatively, you can create an aternos.org server (which is free).

Keep in mind that if you were trying to run it in replit, you would probably need hacker plan and/or boosts to even get enough memory to run an MC server.
