No, like literally, like to CREATE a tutorial, as in, to post a tutorial.

Oh, I don’t think that is possible anymore.
The tutorials on the replit.com/learn page is made by Replit, except for the few that were the Tutorial Jam winners, where their tutorials will be posted there.
The jam is no longer open, so you cannot post tutorials, until the next one, whenever that may be.
