Homework submission via share

Sometimes, my students need to create their new replit projects and submit it by sharing me their replit link, but I can not access it, got 404 error.

Please advise.
Thanks,

Hey @htang2020 welcome the the forums.

If they are giving you a link the the editor and you are not on the repl you will receive a 404. Try having your students giving you a link the the published repl.

Thanks, do you mean the students should share it via publishing their replit project?

Let’s take my top calculator for an example. This is the link for the editor https://replit.com/@coolprojects/Tip-calculator#index.js and this is the page for the published program https://replit.com/@coolprojects/Tip-calculator?v=1

In Teams for Edu, student projects are private so they can’t publish them!

@htang2020 are you using Teams for Edu or Replit’s core experience?

Sorry for late reply. I’m using Teams for Edu.

Ah, thank you! Students only need to start the Team Projects and then they’ll see a button on their project to submit. You can review the projects easily in the submissions pane or by using the projects overview. Students in a team cannot publish the projects they create within that team.
