@MAVISAffum sometimes the CPU and RAM bar fill out for no reason. Just wait for it to go back to normal.
But if you used lots of storage, the CPU and RAM bar get high.
To solve this issue, you can use boosts

Ignore that, it’s perfectly normal (and safe) for those to be high 
It just means that your repl isn’t sitting there with nothing to do

To add on to @SnakeyKing, your RAM/CPU counters also include background processes (and code intelligence too I think), which can vary from language to language.
You should have nothing to worry about though, as it shouldn’t affect performance.
