Interesting. That could be a bug with Discourse as he is TL2 at the moment.

Its permanent caching. The reason you dont notice it is because I normally notice and remember to:
Promote back to TL3 → Remove flair → Demote back to TL2

I guess savardo is just special now. They get the TL3 flair without TL3 and they get the extremely rare “Solved 2” title.
