I have hacker plan and i cannot enable it in my repls if i want enable 4x ram and etc… i need pay cycles there is no free for Hacker plan?

Its actually sad. Replit was good but i believe its time to find something similar to replit and not expensive, ah 
But replit is one of the best ones
