Personally I think Ghostwriter is better with Ruby, Python, Javascript and other templates, but not with HTML!

Yep, that’s to do with the data the AI receives for each language. Certain languages are much more used (especially Python), so the AI has likely received much more data for that language and is hence better at predictions in that language.
