Ghostwriter debug doesn't work for me

Problem description:
I’m getting some error in my code. Clicked on chat, typed, no reply.
Clicked on Ghostwriter, says cannot help. FAIL

Expected behavior:
Have it look over the errors I’m getting and help me.

Actual behavior:
0 help or advice.

Something similar is happening for me, but he just gives out bugged code.

I can’t post screen grab!?!
An error occurred: Sorry, you can’t embed media items in a post.

And GW hasn’t worked AT ALL in last 48 hours.
