Getting 0.05 and 0.4 vCPUs randomly

Problem description:
I have the Pro plan, which means all my Repls should be at 4 gigs of RAM and 4 vCPUs at all times. The only Repl open across all windows, tabs, and apps is a single one and I’m getting not 0.5 but 0.05 vCPUs and 512MB of RAM sometimes.

Occasionally I’ll also get 0.4 vCPUs and 0.5 Gigs of RAM.

Expected behavior:
As a Pro Plan user, I should have 4 Gigs of RAM and 4 vCPUs at all times.

Actual behavior:
When I open a Repl, or pause coding for a brief moment, I return to a super slow workspace with suspiciously low resources.

Steps to reproduce:
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a stable repro just yet. In the past few days it’s been happening pretty frequently, occasionally when I open up my Repl without having any others open.

I’ve experienced this issue across both the Desktop app and the browser version of Replit.

Bug appears at this link:
I’ve mainly been coding in a single Repl lately:

Device (Android, iOS, NA leave blank): Macbook Pro 14" Ventura
Desktop app version (Avatar menu->“Version”) or NA: 0.4.0
Plan (Free, Hacker, Pro Plan): Pro Plan
