when I try to adjust a image to make it more readable in python using opencv-python, I get this error: OpenCV loader: missing configuration file: ['config.py']. Check OpenCV installation.. Does anyone know how to fix it please.
Can you share the contents of your current config.py file? It may be improperly formatted or named, or accidentally placed in a subdirectory.
