Error 500 when assign students to my project

Please help me. When try to assign members to my project the server stuck on loading in the moment when assign and save. Error: Response not successful: Received status code 500.

I need this help asap.

Error 500 is just when something in the sever stopped it working but does not know anything else about it. Try forking it.
