End-user extensions list is empty

Problem description:
The extension list is empty.

Expected behavior:
There are 3 extensions to choose from.

Actual behavior:
There are no extensions available to select.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a new repl and look at the extensions tab.

Try refreshing, does it work now?

I closed the tab long ago, but it should be working now, considering that it has been publicly released
