Emacs keybindings are not implemented at all

Problem description:

Emacs keybindings don’t seem to be implemented at all. Switching the keybinds from default to emacs in the settings tab just makes the cursor fatter with absolutely no change to the key binds.

Expected behavior:

When the keybinds are set to emacs, I should be able to use Emacs keybindings.

Actual behavior:

None of Emacs keybinds work when the keybinds are set to emacs.

Steps to reproduce:

Open any Repl and open the settings tab. Change the keybinds to emacs.

Chrome 109 & Firefox 110, Windows 10

Emacs keybinds are working for me. What happens when you alternate between the ctrl and command key?

That’s a MacOS feature, I think

I don’t have a command key on my keyboard.

What keystrokes are you trying that are failing to work in emacs?

Pretty much every single keystroke.

C-f, C-b, M-b, M-f, C-n, C-p, C-a, C-e, M-a, M-e, C-w, C-v, C-d, M-d, M-w

All the keystrokes above are just the ones I tested, I believe none of the others is working for me either.

Hey @hankertrix!
