Bug description:
My repl won’t switch to always on, and everytime I attempt to toggle it takes 20 cycles and doesnt turn on, i’ve lost ~90 cycles doing this

Expected vs Current Behavior:
Turn always on vs Not toggling always on and stealing my cycles
