Double-billed and Replit Core didn't get enabled

Problem description

When upgrading to Replit Core on iOS, after subscription confirmation, Upgrade to Replit Core green button didn’t disappear, clicking second time did nothing. Got subscription confirmation email, but my credit card shows -$44.10 instead of expected ($20.99 + tax) charge. Replit Core is not enabled.

Tried sending the feedback through both ios app and web, but something wrong happened appears when sending the feedback.

Expected behavior

  1. Standard Charge
  2. Replit Core enabled on my account.

Actual behavior

  1. Open iOS app
  2. Upgrade to Replit Core.
  3. Complete subscription

Try Chrome? If not, try emailing billing@replit.com (IIRC that’s the email, if not, support@replit.com).
