There is actually an extension about Replit in VSCode, it’s this one :

It’s Replit, but I think Replit uses VSCode, that’s what people say.
Replit used to use Monaco, the same editor as VSCode, but now it uses CodeMirror instead. Also I suppose the default language servers for, e.g. HTML/CSS come from VSCode
