Disabling packager files like poetry.lock

Is there a way to open a new Python repl without also including Packager files like poetry.lock?
This has only recently started opening up automatically. All my students are getting this now. When you try to run the code it has to go through the process of → poetry env list --full-path before running the code. It is annoying and takes longer. Students are finding it frustrating.
Advice appreciated! Thanks.

I know I can delete the file, but for lots of students it is going to be a step too far for them.

The packager files aren’t causing this, it’s a strange new bug in the packager config. You can resolve this by adding disableInstallBeforeRun = true to the top of the .replit file.
