Deployment suspended

Question: Every time I deploy my repl after a few days I come back and it’s been suspended again, how do I avoid this and have it constantly running?

It’s linked up to an AI chatbot that isn’t constantly active, and every time people go to use it, it seems to be suspended and needing redeployment

Also I’m no coder, I seriously have no idea what I’m looking at when it comes to this stuff

Example of needing redeployment

Deployments are meant to be the top tier of Replit hosting, with them running constantly. I’m not sure why your deployment is being suspended but this is not supposed to be happening.

Hey cheers for the reply Elijah, do you think we could potentially jump on a zoom at some point and you could show me what I’m doing wrong? If so flick me a message on facebook - Devin Lawson

You’re welcome

No. Nothing personal but I don’t have video or voice meetings with people on the internet.

I have no idea what you’re doing wrong, if you’re doing anything wrong. It may very well be a bug.

Typically this occurs when you run out of cycles, is that what’s happening here?

I don’t think so, maybe. It’s supposed to be on auto refill though with a $100 budget and it’s never going anywhere near that. In this photo it says I still have 70 cycles left and it’s still been undeployed

It looks like there is an issue with your payment method. I’ll message you with the details.
