Deployment failures - Stock on "Connecting to builder"

Problem description:
Unable to complete a deployment. It hangs on “Connecting to builder” :

I shut it down and try to reenable deployments and it didn’t help.

Looks like the same issue from Aug 4:

“No logs are available because the most recent build failed before it was promoted.”

It has been failing for more than 6 hours.

Plan: Pro Plan.

I am having the same exact issue (Replit failing deployment)

On my end it had resolved itself 11 hours ago
