After taking a look at the DNS records for your domain, I think I know what the issue is. For subdomains, www.* in this case, we require the use of a CNAME + TXT record. Your subdomain includes an A record, but no CNAME record.
Also, it looks like you are using CloudFlare. We suggest turning off the proxying (the orange cloud) of the DNS records.
