Create a repl that shows me bounties created by a specific username

Bounties now require you to have at least 500 cycles to post one. I can’t do that so, I’ll give a person who can do this 250 cycles (custom tips) I know this isn’t a lot, I am sorry. post your application in the comments, and I’ll give the person a thumbs up if I want to hire them.
