Could you please be more specific? What language are you using? Have you installed any additional packages that may have broken your Repl? How big is your program?
Also you could upgrade your plan (replit.com/pricing) to get more CPU power for your Repls.

you … can’t replit is basically doing this:
you create a repl but instead of not counting all the stuff replit does in the background to set your repl up, keep it running, etc. it does count it so, basically every repl starts out with like 0.8 CPU used at all times
