Couldn't find a way to access the URL

I am running a flask based web application . getting the Running on http://127.0.0.1:5000. i couldn’t find a way to access it from browser for testing . what is the external URL available … how can i invoke this

i noted that teh web view is not visible . how do i get it back

Unless you’re hosting a deployment, try hosting it on 0.0.0.0.
