Bug description:
I tried to import this GitHub - code-testz/noctura into replit. It says reconnecting every so often and does not import even after a long time

Welcome to Ask! My guess is that you can’t import this because Replit tends to auto-block proxies (they give Replit a bad reputation at schools) so my guess is that Replit is intentionally preventing you from using that Github repo. If you would like to host a proxy, I suggest a different platform or self-hosting.
