Connection errors on http repls

Problem description:
can’t open site, it throws errors like EOF ones

Expected behavior:
i’m trying to see the site stuff

Actual behavior:
it refuses to load

Steps to reproduce:
attempt to load the page

firefox. windows 7. yes, my computer is ancient.
