Configuring Nix Docs seem to have a typo

Problem description:

To allow for the installation of such packages, you will have to edit ~/.config/nixpkgs/config.nix.

For example, to allow all unfree packages, you need set .config/nixpkgs/config.nix to:

Expected behavior:
I believe both are meant to have ~/ at the beginning.

Actual behavior:
The second path is missing the ~/.

Steps to reproduce:
