Completed Bounties can be Abandoned

Problem description:
The “Abandon Bounty” button is still enabled for completed bounties. (I haven’t actually tried confirming the dialog that shows up when I click it but I assume it shouldn’t be there in the first place)

Expected behavior:
The Abandon Bounty button should not appear for completed bounties (unless this is intentional)

Actual behavior:
The abandon bounty button shows up for completed bounties

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to your “Assigned Bounties”
  2. Choose a bounty that is completed
  3. Notice that the abandon bounty button can still be clicked

Bug appears at this link:
N/A (different for everyone)

Browser/OS/Device:

Chrome 108 on Windows 10
