The comment ⋮ button looks really bad, and it doesn’t line up when a comment is highlighted/focused/Idk

Explain what you were trying to do:

Well I was trying to go to the editor page from the Cover page of a Repl but I think it’d make more sense to say “read comments” here.

It’s fine for now, but that is a little weird. It’s probably replacing some inner space with the border when it’s a highlighted comment like that, which is why it’s off-centered.

So they need to somehow make the border like outer without sacrificing any inner space
