The chat in replit to talk with the administrator of your team has a validation error.
It should be sending messages to the admin and back to student.

Do you mean that the admin and student are not receiving notifications when they are replying to messages?
Is what you are experiencing similar to this? Chat notification from student
If so you should use threads (right click in code and @ the user, they will then receive notifications).
However if this is not the issue you are experiencing can you please share a screenshot so we can understand the problem more clearly?
