Change Email (No Access to Email) and no password was set

Hi there,
I had used “Login with GitHub” and hadn’t set a password for my account. I also don’t have access to my old email on the account and wanted help to either: 1. reset my password (which would help me change the email) or 2. update my email (so I can then get a reset password link).
