Hi @betatester1024 !
Can you try pressing CTRL+SHIFT+R to refresh the page and cache?
Could you inspect the page and check for any errors?

Could you try logging in on another device o at another location? Does that help?

Having same problem on Firefox 115.8.0esr on MacOS Sonoma 14.3. Chrome works fine. Especially comic looks when trying to get help/message to support (not logged in), and getting into dead circle of trying to log in and not being possible to do so…

couple minutes later, Cmd+shift+r, and I’ve got in… Really weird bug.

Try exiting private browsing and use the normal firefox.

Welcome back @nwebster!
Have you tried the solutions on this topic?

I have tried all of the above and still keep getting the same error. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. There does not seem to be one identifiable problem or solution from this end. Different browsers, different computers and deleting cache etc do not make any difference.

Does it work if you change Your Server Location here?

I still get the same error with the server as America or India

Your captcha token is invalid. Please refresh the page and try again.

I was given this login error today. After several page refreshes and login attempts it worked.
Presenting a captcha to solve would be helpful.

Hey all! We’ve changed some captcha setting that should fix these errors. These errors were happening more on Firefox. So, if you are still having trouble, please try using Chrome before writing in.
