Question:
One month ago, I bought the Hacker plan successfully. But now I can’t purchase it anymore. When I added my JCB card as my payment method, Stripe succeeded in taking $1 to verify my card. But when I made the payment, it failed and said that My card is declined. I can make sure my card has enough money to make this transaction.

Try submitting a ticket to Replit at replit.com/support and choose “Billing Issue” and then “I’m having trouble making a payment”. They may be able to help you.

Thanks for your response. I tried contact the support but I waited more than 1 day but didn’t receive any reply from them.
