Can't find user tutorials

Hi,

I’m interested in earning the Certified and Licenced tutorial badges, but I can’t seem to find either tutorial. Could someone guide me to where I could find them?

To be specific, for the Certified badge:

@discobot start tutorial

And Licensed:

@discobot start advanced tutorial
