Can't change the domain on my replit site

I’m hosting my site on node.js
basically, whenever you have the website up it has the URL bar and a pencil icon next to it
my website is online and there is no pencil icon to change the domain name please help

it gives me this even though the site is up

As a result of the latest update to Replit, the pencil button and URL bar have been removed for regular replits. Now you can only change the URL when deploying or if you had a modified URL before the upgrade.
