this thread talks about the issue.
in a nutshell, this is what happened:
- tries to change my email because my school account is being deleted.
- I logged in through Google which means there isn’t a password.
- a password reset could solve this issue but my school filters emails
- opening a support ticket tells me that I will be reached via email, but I can’t receive any support emails because my school filters emails.
So thats’ the “loop”.
I also tried adding another source of Single sign-on, but it just tells me to login through a password or Google.
