Cant change email/password while signed in with google

this thread talks about the issue.

in a nutshell, this is what happened:

  1. tries to change my email because my school account is being deleted.
  2. I logged in through Google which means there isn’t a password.
  3. a password reset could solve this issue but my school filters emails
  4. opening a support ticket tells me that I will be reached via email, but I can’t receive any support emails because my school filters emails.

So thats’ the “loop”.

I also tried adding another source of Single sign-on, but it just tells me to login through a password or Google.
