Can't access my own code file

While I was working on my code the page reloaded and it only gave me the option to reload the page or leave , I still can’t access the code . Can someone help I legit don’t know what to do.

Is that the same as CTRL + SHIFT + R?

Yeah, but I thought it was Ctrl + R, not Ctrl + Shift + R

Also isn’t it just F5?

They’re actually different, with SHIFT it’s a hard refresh, it removes anything cached I believe.
