Cannot "Submit" for Support

Problem Description:
Every time I try to submit an account support request through the portal linked in the docs (i.e.: I cannot access my account (which I’ve had for years) – either that or everything is missing though I suspect that is not the case as my handle seems to have changed.

Hmmmm – I have emails referencing the handle for several years back (at least 4). I also have a receipt evidencing my payment for the Hacker level (with an end date in the future) - which is not shown in the account tied to my email. Do you know who I can reach out to to figure out what is going on?
