Cannot add files to project

Problem description:
Clicking “add file” does nothing. It does not bring up a file browser. Problem occurs on Chromebooks used by students. Feature works fine on Mac.

Expected behavior:
“add file” button should open file browser, and allow files to be added

Actual behavior:
does nothing

Steps to reproduce:
use chromebook, try to add file

It is working for me on Chrome OS 108.0.5359.111

“Add file” is for creating a new file. So it will show a new unnamed file and let you type in a file name. It shouldn’t prompt for a file. If you want to upload a file, use the “Upload file” option.
