Hi @gitmakes thanks for your question.
Yes an education team can be deleted if you do not need it any more.
However if you are asking what will happen if a Teams for Edu organisation is not verified, it just prevents you from inviting others to the team. If you are an educator and are having difficulty verifying your Teams for Edu status just post a message here and I can investigate (note, you will need to provide an education email address which we use to verify you are a member of staff and not a student).
