Button Edit Custom Domain Not Showing

Where button edit custom domain and public link domain from replit?? how fix

Welcome to Ask @mdimasba! The reason that traditional custom domain linking on Replit was removed is because traditional repl.co hosting has been removed from Replit. It has been replaced by deployments (replit.app). You can link a custom domain to deployments. Repls require a paid plan/connected credit card to host but will still be able to have custom domains (as long as the Repl hosts a website).

it is not free?
and i pay per month?

If you have an HTML/CSS/JS (or other static) Repl, then it is free until you use up all of your monthly outbound data transfer (which you shouldn’t if you just have a few simple websites)

All you have to do is connect a credit card, then you can click the Deploy button in the top right.

but my old account have the permission to edit custom domain, why?

You have the option if you previously connected a custom domain. I’m not sure the domain actually works anymore.
