When I have a topic open and scroll, the link to main site disappears on the navbar:
I could be wrong, but I think it does that because there’s not enough space for the title if it didn’t hide it.

Im fine with making it sticky or making the community standards not sticky as long as they are uniform :)
I have just changed the setting and it now appears on all topics.
