Bug with submissions

I’m a teacher/admin in @RedCoder’s Python Class and I invited my alt to test something. After the test failing, I removed my alt. The result being:

As you can see, there must be a bug.

Summary: When a user is removed from a Teams for Edu team and they started an assignment already, it causes a bug.
