Bug in my Discord bot code

Question:

I had a code for my Discord bot with different functions, I had created new commands in cogs and I had also modified several lines of code, but now I enter the code and I see that most of commands that I believe were deleted (I mean there are no .py files for those commands), even the code configuration returned to an old one, I don’t know what to do…

Sirus,

I believe you have been impacted by an incident that occured. You cans the status updates here: https://status.replit.com

Once the incident is marked as resolved, please let us know if you have any further issues.

I still have the problem, my project (discord bot) It works normally but most of the command that I had in different .py files are not there and I still can’t use them.

I want to know if I will be able to recover the .py files that are no longer in my code, I have been waiting for more than 3 days and nothing has recovered them, plus the lines of code that I had updated, I don’t know if they have recovered, I need an answer as to whether they are going to help me or not, they waste my time if they don’t even give me a solution.

Sirus,

I’ve let engineering know about your issue. We will give you an update once we have made progress on fixing your issue.

I’m still waiting, more than 6 days have passed and they still haven’t given me a solution for my problem, I have asked them to restore my code to how it is on 09/29/2023 at 12:30 Pm (UTC)

But they keep ignoring my messages and my emails, if you are not going to help me solve it just tell me once and for all

Hi @SirusTempest !

The Replit Support Team is very busy, trying to fix this bug as well as others. Please be patient with them. They have millions of users to attend to, and a fair bit with this problem, though only 2% of the user base (that 2% is still quite a large number). They cannot possibly respond to a few thousand, maybe more, emails in a short while, so please give them time. They will fix it, that is for sure, but it might take a while.
I’m sorry if that came out rude, but I wanted to justify the team’s position.

SirusTempest,

I’m very sorry for the delay. Can you confirm once again that hasn’t been restored? My first time reaching out to engineering confirmed that this Repl was in deed fixed. I see now that the bot is running. If you can confirm that code is still a bad version, I will bring this back up to them ASAP.
