I would like to add something for the main menu like “Back to home” button to let it go back to the main screen instead of only “New Window” button that it will open another instance.

Can you select the Replit icon next to it? I believe the options are there to go to the main page.

Why? The dropdown that you screenshotted functions like the welcome screen; navigating to a repl from there replaces the current window with that repl

No, the only options there are to… Create a Repl and open a new window as the screenshot shows in the OP.
