When students open a project, the Instructions tab opens and displays the lesson information. Some of the lessons have images embedded in the instructions.md file. I’ve uploaded these to the assets folder, but on occasion, while a student is viewing the Instructions file, the images disappear. If the student refreshes their screen, the image shows up for a few seconds, then disappears again. Anyone else having this issue???

This sounds like a bug. Could you please log this with https://www.replit.com/support so they can investigate for you?
I have the same issue reported and can confirm the same.
@TimothyKeenan did you already report? I want to avoid reporting twice.
I reported it yesterday. Hopefully they can fix the issue.
