The development environment successfully compiles the client and server but not the apt/openai.
What is missing that needs to be corrected, or is this a bug in the system?

A link to the Repl and any error messages would be useful so that others in the community can look at the code and suggest ideas to help you resolve your issue. If this is not possible you could post the commands that you are running in the Shell and the error messages that appear.
