7usd is the maximum price I can pay per month. If I ever have to pay more - I pass
If you already were paying for Hacker, you should have been upgraded to Core for the same price iirc.
probably for limited time… everybody knows it
You’ve been upgraded for the rest of your subscription term and will be charged 20$ after your current subscription renews.
I’ve only recently switched to Teams Pro to get an environment that is similar to the old Hacker Plan (and I don’t care at all for the hyped AI features). And now, without getting any warning in advance, Teams Pro seems to have changed too: there’s no Teams Pro anymore on the pricing page. (Did I miss any related email? I’ve searched my mailbox and it doesn’t look like that’s the case.) This is really annoying to me, since I’ve apparently also lost access to features that made me sign up for Teams Pro.
As I’ve stated before: I understand that change is inevitable and I’m not against it per se. But on the other hand, as a paying customer, I want a halfway reliable and stable product that allows me to plan ahead. Migrating my repls to Teams Pro was a pain. And now, just a couple of months later, it looks like I have to do it all over again. Sorry, but that’s not reassuring.
@UMARismyname I’ve seen that, but what does it mean for me: I’m currently on Teams Pro (as per last billing from November 17). But I don’t have a clue what features that entails anymore, seems like I’ve lost some (boost)? I definitely don’t have Core included? I haven’t been informed about any upcoming changes? Do I have to reapply to get an “custom pricing” (which most likely includes a change of features and price increase)? …
Again, I don’t find that process reassuring. And I say that as a loyal Replit customer.
Hi @Timsbim,
My name is Antoine and I work on the BizOps team at Replit.
As part of the Replit Core launch and the Teams EDU deprecation notice, we have not made changes to the experience of existing Teams Pro customers.
You can still use it and you will get the same experience that you were paying for. The price has not changed.
If you have concerns on the Teams Pro product or have seen things changing, feel free to send me an email antoine at replit.com
@antoine Thanks for your reply. Maybe I’ve missed something, but since a few days now I’ve not been able to change the boost in my Teams Pro repls anymore (see screenshot). (That was the reason why I stumbled upon this thread in the first place.) I have now exactly one repl with a 8x boost, all others are on 4x boost, and I can’t change anything about it. Only the Always On option is still available.
Thanks, I’ll take a look with the team.
@phil-mac Thanks. I’ve just checked, existing and new repls, and as far as I can tell nothing has changed. It still looks like in the screenshot in my earlier post.
I got mine later that day btw via email! I was wondering how long we can hold on to them before expiration? I have so many subs and stuff on my plate right now I can’t even lol
@Timsbim, could you share a link to one of the Repl’s you’re seeing the issue in? If you create Repls outside of the team they may not have the edit boost option (unless you buy Cycles to use), but Repls created as part of teams should have the option still.
@phil-mac For example in this one https://replit.com/@TimsbimRust/Sandbox the Resources tab looks exactly as in the screenshot. By new repls I was referring only to new Teams Pro repls.
That’s frustrating. I’m not able to reproduce the issue at all. Every time I visit a team repl I see it like this now:
Could you try refreshing the workspace and seeing if the issue still persists?
The pencil icon next to Compute is how you can boost now, instead of a power up listed next to Always On.
Perplexity shows the promo code “has expired”, while I just got it from email yesterday. I guess there’s something wrong in the process?
